Well manufactured, size specific, replacement guitar nuts.
The Graphtech Tusq nuts come in many specific sizes - which is very good, but makes it important to choose the correct one for your guitar. I initially made a mistake - but got a quick replacement. They are very well manufactured and finished, although I'm not sure the slot grooves are the best shape for seating the strings - particularly the high strings - they are a bit deep and wide, and there is quite a bit of material above the string height. Of course you can file this down, but you then lose the manufactured shape. The material is very easy to file to size - so care needs to be taken not to take too much off too quickly. It's quite a soft material, much softer than bone. I haven't had mine installed for long so I'm not sure which is best for resonance, it is certainly much better than plastic. I presume it is performing well regarding lubrication. I've knocked a star off because of groove shapes. The finish was better than expected though.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Best upgrade for any electric guitar
