    Happy Buyer!

Works well & as described with no problems so far. Fairly powerful for the fixed pressure model & it’s easy to use, clean & fill. Much more efficient than the standard Netti Pot. It was posted in just a Jiffy bag & the box arrived squashed & damaged, so more robust packaging would be preferable. Fortunately the contents were fine & overall, I’m glad I bought it. Good value & the replacement sachets are a reasonable price too. 8/10!

    Neti pot on steroids

When they say this is a neti pot on steroids, they’re out kidding. The fluid container is about 1/2 as big as a neti pot, but even so, the water is sucked up through the sinugator in a matter of seconds. It takes a bit of getting used to, but it is extremely thorough. The only thing neti pot users may not like is that you can’t do ‘step 2’ that you do with the neti pot, ie, catching the solution in your throat and spitting it out. But I am well pleased with this, having had sinus problems for a lifetime. Within a matter of 24 hours, a lifetime of those problems totally disappeared. Edit: I’ve had the sinugator for a few weeks now. It worked great for the first week, and then stopped working. I found that this was somewhat common, as well as found a ‘fix’ for this. Apparently water gets inside the body of the pump and begins to corrode the metal switch. My first fix was taking the pump apart and cleaning the switch with fine sandpaper. It worked for a day, and then stopped again. I’ve had to do this three times, and I think (hope) I might have it nailed...my first suggestion - when using the sinugator, the button that you press to start it should be up, facing away from the ground. This way, water is less likely to dribble in to it. I’ve also ‘repaired’ the seals between the pump and plastic water container - the seals stretch out and no longer keep the water out of the machine. I will say that when the pump works, it’s great. It’s poorly designed, however, and may need a bit of ‘creativity’ to get it working dependably.

  • Not as good as I hoped!

I’ve suffered with sinus on/off for 40 years. Just lately I wake up with a stuffy head & nose. I feel completely blocked up & have to use Olbas Oil to clear my nose in the morning. Having read great reviews for this product decided to buy it. At £30 it’s value fir money but I wish I had paid the difference for the more expensive machine which actually collects the water rather than it pouring from your nostril which is so messy. For me it’s uncomfortable to use, bit like being duncked under water. Maybe I just haven’t mastered it yet. For me it does burn a little because of the salt & trickle a lot down my throat. I have to keep stopping because of this so I’m not allowing it to perform the full duration. Nothing ever comes out other than the water & yet I thought it would due to my stuffiness. I’m going to keep at it as it apparently comes highly recommended by doctors so others say. I’m also a little disappointed as it states to replace after 3 months which I’m not happy about having to pay £30 every 3 months.

  • good relief from sinus issues

i had sinus problems for a few years after visits to doctors and specialists who all told me they could sort out my problems they never did, drugs steroids and cortisols were something of a scare item and a path i did not want to walk down, have seen friends on steroids and the effects of years of addiction to creams and things so did not want that, i use this now 3 to 4 times a week and although it is a bit of a pain the relief is great i breathe easier and am better within myself as i feel better knowing i am not addicted nor reliant upon creams or drops,

  • Instant relief from sinusitis

I bought this to replace an identical unit that stopped working after about 2 years use. As a chronic sufferer this is the most effective and instant relief from repeated the sinus infection I suffer from. Instantly clears the deep congestion that is usual with blocked sinuses. Thought it may be gimmicky when I first saw this but gave it a go. I can't over emphasise just how well and quickly this works. Don't normally write reviews but wanted other sufferers to know because of what it does for me.

  • I prefer this to the Sinus Rinse bottle.

I have arthritis so the Sinus Rinse bottle is hard for me to use, this is much better and helps to keep my post nasal drip, more or less, under control. It's a bit pricey seeing as it is supposed to be replaced regularly so 'the good value' is a bit of a misnomer, however, it does help.

  • Poor quality for the high price tag but does the job

Its huge and very poorly made, the water pot is two peices glued togther, the bottom actually fell of my first one whilst using it ! The pulsed water delivery is good enough though do it does the job.

  • Excellent piece of kit

Having been plagued with sinus problems for years there is a definite improvement over the last few weeks. Its more effective than the plastic bottle version and really pumps the saline through which is what you want

  • Neilmed nasal wash for easier breathing

This is the second NeilMed Nasal Wash that I have purchased. This latest one doesn't seem as powerful as my original.I have renewed my rechargable batteries,to help it along, and it will serve it's purpose to a point.
