Is it worth purchasing
Just had to buy again after decades of time have passed since I last used it. Back in the 70’s it was my daily aftershave and I wanted to smell the memory I held of it again plus I was fed up with my daily use of a Calvin Kline product. I now remember it is one of the few that does not sting after a shave, has a very pleasant if sweet smell and does linger a good while, so recommended if up for something new to today’s selection.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Opa won over Oma with it. As did my Father my Mother. And I did my wife. It is still incredible to believe that such a delicate and fantastic old-skool aftershave is "bottom shelf" when it comes to the alcohol-loaded crap you spend a day's wages on these days. After a double-edge razor shave and hot shower, it closes up the pores great and leaves a fresh fragrant smell for hours after. People will often ask me "What is that? Good value Original Gentleman's Aftershave.
I purchased this as I remember my Dad trying it when I was young, it comes in a nice old school glass bottle & the smell is unusual as not many others smell like it, I'd say it's quite floral with a hint of musky/woody scent thrown in, it lasts fairly long too compared to some of the other scents around this price range, why not give it a go.
