my nephew, brother, sister in law all love this bench
compared to all of the other mediocre equipment out there this is a quality piece. nice gray and black finsh , adjusttable height for pad adjustment with wing nut. this is a vast improvement over past models which had a detachable curve pad with velro. i am giving that one to my mother who also loved this bench when she tried it, the curve pad is of a higher quality firmer high densoty foam. i enjoyed a low back massage from stopping and pausing with the wieght in the middle of the movement,.can also be used to work obliques if you move your head toward your knee. i cant rave enough about this bench. i bought one for myself and my nephew. only other bench that compares but offers a different ab emphasis is the ab coasterVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
