I brought Bing toy for my 2 year old grandson. The quality of the toy was very good, although slightly smaller than I imagined. I think the 9 inches includes the ears. The voice activation is easy to use for a child - by pressing the button on the clothes. The voice quality is excellent & phrases are conversational in nature for the child to encourage speech & interaction. It is a good size for a 2 year old to hold & cuddle & operate.
