Classic Coffee Maker
I already had a Bialetti 6 cup Moka Espresso Maker so was familiar with the process. I particularly like the timeless vintage and robust design This is a slightly larger version (9 cup) which makes 2 large breakfast-sized mugs of coffee or multiple espressos. It is easy to use and brews the coffee in about 15 minutes on the stove top. You can control the strength of the brew by using less or more coffee and we have been trying different brands to see which we prefer for style and taste. Can't live without my Bialetti
We have had a Bialetti Espresso maker for many years. It is the authentic way to get fabulous espresso coffee and the only way to start my day. I prefer it to all those gadgets and machines that are hugely expensive and don't always deliver. This is a simple machine that is relatively easy to use and doesn't let you down. I've used a stove top coffee maker for years and so have a few of these about the house They are easy to use... but you do have to follow a little ritual every morning setting up and waiting for it to brew up (percolate) Really good strong coffee...but no crema There's also the need to clean and rinse after the coffee but that's easy and just another part of the coffee making ritual Better for the environment though as there's no real waste and they last forever...
