Easy to use but does not produce
I am very disappointed in this item. I've tried to make ice cream twice and had very little to no success both times. Even while I watched someone on Youtube do it at the EXACT same time that I was doing it, it did not produce more than 1 spoonful of ice cream. I'm following the instructions both included with the item and the person doing it on YouTube and I've had no luck. The kids were very disappointed and I was sad to see there faces, both times..
