Better than expected
Bought this to replace another brand of pond switch that had lasted over 10 years and I didn't think this would be as robust. It was easier to wire up than the old one as you can remove the whole circuit board to fit the cables and then slot it back and screw in place. The switches seem very positive and the whole unit is quite compact. I also like the fact that the LED's show green for on and red for off. My old unit only had white LED's which were on when the switch was live but they were not very bright. I think that the whole unit will be quite weather proof as I have already sprayed lots of water over it when watering nearby plants and there has been no problem yet. Be careful where you locate this unit.
I bought this 4 way unit to replace a 3 way one which failed because the plastic casing had warped due to the summer heat last year. This then compromised the weather proofing seal between the two parts of the casing allowing water to leak into the unit during recent heavy rains causing damage to the PCB switches etc. I would have liked to use a different type of control box but the other ones have standard type switches that can be easily tampered with by children, pets etc. I will be installing a form of shading so that I don’t experience the same problems again.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Brilliant product this is the second one I have bought the first one lasted 5 years but unfortunately shorted out and caught fire hopefully this is a one off, the newer model has been modified which makes the wiring a lot easier you can now remove the mother board allowing easy access to the connection blocks.
