BAD LUCK
Ordered and paid for item and it was shipped quick, it was for my sons birthday for his truck and it arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Good quality item but whomever shipped the item put it in a box to small for the item with no protection around it. Upon arrival the day before the birthday it had been smashed. I'm in Afghanistan deployed and my wife had received it and was very disappointed. I had her take pictures of the item and submitted the information and picks to the company. The next day I received a email saying the item was being reshipped at no cost and not to ship the other one back. Not happy about the negligence of the shipping department but love the item and I know he will even though it will be late. I would highly suggest to anyone the use of this company that stands behind there actions. I wish to thank them as well for the quick response to the situation.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Awesome piece
Looking forward to the looks I'll get with it, already get quite a few with my vanity plate haha. Definitely buy a hitch lock for it though so people can't steal it. Be aware that this hitch cover is NOT legal in Colorado, Florida, New Hampshire, or Connecticut and the paperwork that came with it said there could be other states with restrictions. Look it up before you buy or just roll the dice like I did

I love this thing
