GREAT DESIGN, GREAT PRODUCT
The stick arrived days early and is just what i need in order to get around. I really like the sturdy design and dependable materials, in contrast to some other designs, this one will last a long time and be very reliable because this is my second of this design, the last one having been lost whilst moving home. walking stick
this is a good unit, but the height locking mechanism whilst looking good is very poor functional design, it requires the use of both hands to adjust the height. a simpler design would be just a 6mm bolt pushed thru the holes and fitted with a cap nut. if you have only one arm, there is no way you can adjust the height without assistance.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Can really be adjusted to suit a very petite person.
This is the second walking stick I bought in the last few weeks. The previous one (a different brand) was very good in many ways but one - even at the lowest setting it was too high for me & it did not take long before I started developing tennis elbow. Hence buying this one. The cane arrived at its lowest setting & to my surprise I actually had to ask a neighbour to lengthen it by 3 notches (I am 1.54m ). I was unable to adjust the height by myself (& neither could my young neighbour's wife) so maybe I ought to take 1/2point 😊. Another thing which would have been useful is a cord or something to hold the cane so it wouldn't fall down when for example I need both my hands. I just added a pretty ribbon so problem solved. Before finding this one, the lowest price for a walking stick adjustable for someone my size was around £30.
