It's fine if you can get it for the right price and don't have high expectations.
It's not bad if you can get it cheap enough. I have this in my office paired with a nice set of Emotiva B1's and it gives me just enough bottom end to be happy with it. I know I wanted a small 8" subwoofer for my office and this was the most cost effective option that fit the size I needed. I have large SVS subwoofers in my Home Theater and was not looking for anything like that...
