The most useful of the "featherweight" class
Swiss Army knives are just as you'd expect: multi-use devices to have handy, when having anything is better than nothing. The "Rambler" is, in my opinion, the perfect balance of light weight and usefulness. I didn't want a big, bulky one with many features, but not the "standard" one with too few. The decision maker was the bottle opener. That, with scissors, file, toothpick, tweezer, and pocket knife? Good enough!
NOW, there is the next level up from the "Rambler", the "MANAGER". It's the same as this, but with a retractable pen and flashlight. Should I have gotten that? Not sure, I heard in a review that the scales are more fragile and hollow to accommodate for those extras. It's up to you if you need those minor, though irrefutably useful, extras.
