Great and unusual recipes
Recipes in this book should be usable with any other make of cast iron cookware; the fact that it is published by Le Creuset just means they can charge more for it, just like the cookware!! Having said that, the book is beautifully illustrated and the whole publication is of the quality that you would expect from this company. The recipes are very imaginative and creative and I can't wait to try some of them, and it clearly distinguishes between those that would be better in a tagine, casserole or grill pan.
