I can neither confirm nor deny the efficacy of this product as I think my condition ( mixed flora in urethra/bladder) was largely unresponsive. I was taking this in conjunction with unsweetened cranberry juice which I think kept the flora inactive, reduced inflammation and gradually over time flushed out the irritating pathogens via voiding. This is not to say it won't be effective with other UTI conditions, it would be remiss of me to make unproven claims I cannot substantiate. I have researched this product and it has proven abilities to resolve certain urinary tract issues according the the scientific sources. I have been a sufferer of water infections for many many years. Had one lot of anti biotics cleared then 3weeks later it came back with a vengeance. Shame about the size of the tablet..I prefer smaller easier to swallow tablets.
