You will hope to God you never need this stuff. It's for a doomsday supply closet and if needed could be the last taste of milk your family will ever taste. I highly recommend this product. Not very good, okay in a pinch.
When cooked as instructed the eggs are too dense and have a cardboard-like texture. The fllavor is not quite up to snuff. If you cook it a little less to try to achieve a texture closer to natural eggs, they taste soggy. I remember powdered eggs from my childhood which tasted alot better. I only wish I could remember the brand. Anything is better than nothing, so I guess they're okay in a "pinch".
