Making perfect hard boiled eggs!
Surprisingly we saw this advertised on TV and it WORKS! Pokes a tiny hole in bottom of egg shell before boiling. So much easier to peel and the yolk is perfect for making deviled eggs - bright yellow and centered! Who knew? Only lost one egg from pushing down too hard on poker in first dozen eggs.
