NB Eloop B14-PS PWM fan.
These are THE best standard size 140mm fans in the 1200-1300 RPM range for airflow to noise ratio. They are unbeatable pushing through a radiator but also work great in pull or as a case intake fans, just be sure to add some packing (washers/spacers) as the impeller protrude a tiny bit from the frame so it can rub if tight against dust filter for example.
