best bit of kit i have bought
teamed up with a 150 mm gastro pan and lid this makes the ideal equipment for cheese making holding 16 litres of milk and fine temperature control makes cheese making more interesting and fun, this is not my idea as such because i know there are a few cheese makers out there using these at the moment
