Does exactly what it says!. I was very happy with the results

Made no Difference to my driveway. I even used double the suggested amount.

The product works
I recently moved house and my drive wall was covered in moss/algae stains. I coated the wall (using a paintbrush) with HG and two/three days later most of the staining had gone. I shall give it another coat before Summer's out to hopefully keep staining at bay. Watch the Algae run off as soon as applied.
Purchased this recently to remove algae from white gravel boards on garden fencing. Made a solution as directed and with a scrubbing brush applied on a dry weather day. Some of the algae was running off as applied. Left overnight and gravel boards 'came up' pretty clean generally. Supremely efficient cleaner for algae and lichens
It cleaned off old red lichen on white rendered walls within 48 hours leaving them totally white again. I have not tried it on wooden surfaces. I am cautious about using it on wood as the last version of this product from HG certainly cleared algae off wooden surfaces but also completely stripped all trace of wood varnish from the surfaces. Didn't work on my lichens
The promotional blurb said it tackles lichens so I went ahead and bought 4 bottles to treat paved areas that are covered with hundreds of stubborn little white blotches. After 2 applications 2 weeks apart, and a further wait of several weeks, the white blotches are still there, though most of the other stuff is gone. But they are now weakened enough that scrubbing with bleach will now get rid of them. But that's a lot more effort than I'd wanted! Great for removing algae from fences
I didn't need it for patio, but my fence had green residue all over it. I used a spray bottle to disperse the solution on the fence and the algae on those spots disappeared after a day!
