Suitable for use in 9.5 to 15mm thick plasterboard, GRIPIT fixings are easy to fit. Push in the insert with a screwdriver and a simple twist spreads the GRIPIT wings behind the board; job done. It is not suitable for vertical radiators.

Expensive but effective!
Used the 15mm size to fix a mirror on a wall. Drill bit provided in the starter kit made neat holes for the gripits. Easy to fit and lock in place. Had to put washers slightly larger than the fitting to stop the mirror packing pieces from slipping into the hollow in the gripit. Will use gripits in the future on hollow walls. Grip-it .. It sure does
I was sceptical about any plasterboard fixing with Grip-its claims, but thought I would try some anyway. They are easy to fit and work really well. I have hung a 55" TV on the wall using 6 of the larger 25mm Grip-it fixings to a plasterboard wall, without issue. It give an extremely strong fitting to the plasterboard. The only thing I can see wrong with them is that you have to drill large holes in the plasterboard, which is ok while the Grip-it units are fitted, but if you want to take down anything fixed with them, you will need to fill the holes with lots of filler. Over all, easy to use, cheap to buy a complete set and excellent quality. Highly recommended!

Finally, something strong for plasterboard!
