could take more water
this is a great product, however upon asking the supplier the water to weight ratio i was advised to use 4 water/ 1 blood. other suppliers can go to 6 or 7 parts water, hence i bigger yeild of blood, otherwise a fine powdered blood for the home pudding maker.

The UK can’t export dried blood to Australia.
It would be great to make my own black pudding. Unfortunately the Australian government will not allow any company to export dried blood to Australia.
