Best I've Ever Used!
I've had sinus trouble for years. When a new drug would come out, Dr.s would give it to me to see if it worked and nothing ever has. When I saw the reviews on Alkalol I had to try it, however my hopes were not up. To my surprise, after just the first use, all that gunk built up in my sinuses for YEARS started breaking loose! Yuk. Very effective and economical nasal wash
After antihistamine or decongestant depending on the cause, this is the only other thing I can add to greatly reduce post nasal drip, and other nose symptoms.
