Be careful, I purchased this product thinking that it would help me cleanse my system but that wasn't the case. I ended up so constipated that it was painful just to move. I started researching and I found out that if you have problems with your gut you should treat that first naturally. So far, what I have done is eliminated milk and a few other irritants that are prone to give allergies and purchase a tea at the local store that is completely natural. The tea has ingredients that will help restore your guts health. So far, since I have started drinking it twice a day, I have had to run to the bathroom so many times and I feel so much better. I also have less bloating, heartburn, and pain.
