Only product that has worked
About 12 years ago, I started having bowel/intestinal issues. I researched IBS and did everything that was recommended; I also tried peppermint supplements, changed my diet, eliminated certain foods from my diet, took expensive probiotic supplements; nothing helped. I found myself taking anti-diarrhea medicine more than I was comfortable with. While shopping one day, I saw Intensive Bowel Support in a local supermarket and decided to try it, not expecting it to work, but it was cheap enough not to fret over spending money needlessly. To my utter and complete surprise, it worked! I take one capsule a day and that does it for me. Every once in a while, I'll get a flare-up, but the flare-ups are so few and far between that it is hardly worth mentioning. Helps me a lot
This product really helps to control diarrhea so I can plan my day ahead of time rather than having to wait until I think I can go somewhere, or worse yet, cancel plans because I can't go out of the house. Currently I take one with each meal. May try cutting back to twice a day to see if results are the same. The delivery had it's problems, but all was fixed. The product itself will be difficult to review because I just started taking it. It needs time to work with my body. very good for my IBS
i started with 1 so far, and have seen a noticeable difference. keep in mind it can take up to 14 days to see the full effect. and you need to take it every day with a meal for max results. and if you stop you will loose them you can take up to 3 a day after every meal however i would recommend 1 a day for 14 days, then if you feel like you need more try 2 a day and so on up to 3 total. always give it a full 14 days before you increase the dose, and only take 1 at a time also be aware if you have IBS like me it make make bloating worse until you system adapts to it. so far this is the only over the counter product, thats helped my IBSVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
