No way of judging effectiveness of the active ingredients or if the caps contain what is stated.
The caps are easy to take and the packet reseals. Bottles are probably easier to reuse. The contents are easy to swallow and have zero flavour and no taste revisits. Is it what the company says? May cause health problems
Be very careful with this high dose. I've taken garlic capsules (regular dose) for many years. It's too high a dose, garlic can excoriate soft tissue linings. Goodbye so colds and mosquitoes and hello lower blood pressure.
The garlic has kept the mosquitoes away from me all summer. I didn't get a single bite. That's a first I normally always get covered in bites. I also haven't had a cold since I started taking these. I take Garlic and Turmeric from the same brand so I cannot tell if it is one or both that don't agree with me. This is my third time trying them but the same thing keeps happening. 4 stars,high strength,shame about the soya
I have used garlic for years and these are very strong at 6000mg and are odourless, When garlic in high doses is taken over a lond period (over 6 months) it starts to show results ,for me it had lowered my cholesterol and I've had my blood pressure pills halved. On another note I don't seem to get bitten by mites or anything in the garden anymore. My only negative with this brand is they use soya as a bulking agent so I can't rate it 5 stars.
