Quite disappointed
The eye pencil, which I use under my lower lashes, melts and weeps quite easily. I have other eye pencils from Avon etc where this doesn't happen. The colour isn't very vibrant either, looks more like a light black. I expected better from this brandVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
