Simply Magic
How a simple disc of glass can save boiled over milk and messy pans I don't know, but it's magic and it works. When the milk is close to boiling the disc rattles on the bottom of the pan and warns it's coming to the boil, and here's the magic, it stops the milk from over spilling the pan.
