Disappointing
This was a disappointing buy. It looks very tacky and cheap. Instead of being chromed plastic, it's a switch with a chromed plastic shroud that has not a good fit in the switch itself. When attached to a chromed pattress, there is a clear white line vividly all round the switch because the plastic shroud drops due to gravity.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Cheap plastic moulded chrome plate
Chrome plate made from moulded thin plastic which is simply stuck over a cheap pullswitch. My chrome fascia came all cracked and therefore unuseable and so simply went in the bin. After removing the fascia which was poorly attached using thin double sided tape we found a standard cheap white switch. Bit of a con really! Waste of time sending it back, not what i expected. Rubbish quality but the only one available
A standard white pull switch with an uneven chromed plastic cover which is only microns thick. It is so fragile pieces dropped off the edge of the chrome cover as I took it out of the packaging. As it is the only 45 amp chrome pull switch you have a take it or leave it option or re-use my original white switch.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

design flaw
This product design needs looking at If you want this to go up safely, the only way to do it is to break through the plastic chrome cover where the screws go otherwise the switch will not be screwed together safely enough. would not recommend
had this fitted in my bathroom for 1 month. whilst having a shower i smelt a burning smell and a little smoke coming from it. called out a qualified electrician who removed it and he said that the product was not made well and the pins that the wire connect to are to close to each other .....not happy customer .Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not a good product
This is basically a standard white switch complete with "plastic chrome" cover affixed with glue. Whilst fitting switch to ceiling one of the screw heads passed through the predrilled hole in the "plastic chrome" cover. I removed switch from ceiling with the intention of using a washer to stop this happening but upon trying to push screw back through the predrilled hole the "plastic chrome" cover cracked. Having removed the damaged "chrome" cover and cleaned off adhesive residue I now have a new "white" shower switch!! Not worth the hassle.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
