I bought this to do the narrow top windows in the conservatory, as the wider nozzle that was supplied with the vac was just a bit awkward. This smaller type is just the job. Good design that works

Karcher window vac small nozzle for WV2
Bought this as an accessory for a gift so have not used it personally - but I have checked and it does fit the WV2 window vac bought separately (recently) perfectly. My own older machine came with one of these supplied and it has been very useful for narrower areas where the wider standard blade will not fit. Fits where needed
