very happy with my food processor blender mixer chopper slicer shredder. as i'm looking to consume my various foods as i'm starting a new weight training diet etc. I can stick solid foods in and have them cut,slice,chopped and shredded to how I want them,and also so much quicker rather than cutting them with a knife. then theres the blender which I can throw the contents in. allowing me to drink those important carbs and proteins. as I some times find it so hard to consume solid meals,especially when you have to eat 6-8 meals per day. this is a wonderful product and I surely recommend to any one. Good sturdy machine, chops up all my fresh herbs so much quicker than last machine i had. Easy to wash. Machine quite big with lots of attachments so you do need space to store.
