Huge hit with my parents in Memory Care.
I bought this for my parents (in their early nineties) who had to give up their pet dog when they moved into Assisted Living and now Memory Care. They missed him more than I could believe. I hoped this JOY FOR ALL puppy would help, but I knew there was a chance it would never make a connection and end up just sitting in the corner. Instead, it has been a huge hit! They both took to it immediately. My dad said it was an answer to prayer. The variety of motions, the responsiveness to touch and sound, the volume of it's various barks and sounds (clearly audible but pleasantly soft) -- all of it has been perfect. And despite their tech challenges and memory issues, they have had no trouble remembering how to turn it on and off. Very well made interactive puppy that makes various noises & actions. My Mum loves ‘Cheeky’, as do the other residents in her care home. If only it could fetch!
It's just TOO CUTE! Very well made and interactive. Wags its tail, turns its head when hears your voice or stroke it, barks(can be muted), even sounds sad if you don't respond. After a while it "takes a nap" until you "wake it". My daughter adores it! She's named it,Roger. We were going to wait till Christmas to give it to her, but couldn't hold off until then, so we gave it to her early(now we need a new Christmas present!). We lost our longtime friend earlier this year and of course it's been hard on everyone. She has been asking to get a new puppy, so this will definitely fill the void.
