Lovely toy sadly not very durable
My little boy's dream toy...if it had lasted properly more than 1 week. He was so careful with it - it was his prized toy, but even so the mechanism to open the drill at the top stopped working within 3 days. First the pieces stopped closing properly and then the sliding opening device jammed without any force being applied. It is a gorgeous toy, the steam ignition feature is fab and the grasping arms are easy to use. He loves it still but it is just such a shame it isn't more durable.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Thunderbirds Are Go!
Thunderbirds are Go Supersize Thunderbird 3, it's a really good toy ,the best thing I like about it is the smoke effect, there's a container inside which you fill with water & when you press the button for over 2 seconds it goes into countdown mode, the lights flash & then there's the smoke! Really nice touch, the toy it self is large & goes well with the Supersize Thunderbird 2 i have in my collection, am 60 & was around when the Thunderbirds tv series first aired on ITV. Not as expected
Unable to get battery cover off, it has been over screwed and dethreaded the screw so that the battery compartment doesn't open. So you can't get the benefit of the sound etc which it is suppose to do, as you can't put new batteries into the toy.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
