Castle Fit for a Princess
I just assembled the Disney Frozen Ice Castle Dollhouse in about 4 hours. It is pretty sturdy and appears to be finished pretty well and is very colorful. The plastic stairs and railing are awkward to get together and the stairs does not stay firmly in place but I will teach my granddaughter that it may come loose and how to slip it back to where it should go. The upper railing was tricky to snap in place. At first it did not look like it was going to fit. It has several 'prongs' that fit into predrilled holes. You will need to snap down the front prongs and work your way back and it will fit into place. The directions are actually pretty good to follow except for the railing at the end. The package of screws are well marked and in the order in which they should be used. It is all in pictures with no words. I did have four screws that did not seem to have a place to go at the end of assembly and there are some spare screws they send, so pretty pleased with the directions. You will need two sizes phillips screwdrivers, regular and a smaller one. Push down to screw them in but don't overtighten. The screw heads can strip easily, then you are in trouble. I can't wait to see the look on my granddaughter's face Christmas day. She will be over the moon with this castle. A better quality dollhouse in my opinion
