Pacing your racing with Scalextric.
This is a good representation of the original Aston Martin. It is durable if you drive it carefully otherwise bits will get knocked off and scraped, but it is a racing car so either wrap it in cotton wool or get it whizzing round the track, which it does exceedingly well and that is very entertaining. I have always believed in driving these model cars as if it were a real car, easing off on the bends and then hitting the throttle down the straights and taking every curve at the highest speed without losing control. To me that is educational, as is learning something about motor racing, but not down the High Street please.
