Handy baby bottle tool
These lids make all the difference when making up my baby's bottles. I bought a prep machine and wanted to get that same perfect temp when away from home or out and about for a day; these lids help achieve that. I add 1 to 3oz of boiling water, add formula, shake until all dissolved, i then add bottled water to make it up to the full 5 or 6oz bottle. It cuts out much of the bottle cooling time and also saves you having to shake the formula with the teat attached which I find tends to leak most of the time when trying to mix the water and formula. These are a hard, safe plastic that can be washed and sterilized until it's next use. I have a cold water steriliser so I store these in a sealable food bag for when on the go.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

not bad but not on the glass bottles...
I mainly use glass tommee tippee bottles and these do not work so well, meaning you get leaks. On the plastic bottles they are fine... but in all honesty I get the same amount of mess just mixing with the teat and protective cap on. The lid stops contents from falling out.
You can even turn the cup upside and with the the lid on, the liquid stays inside. Be careful though, if you took the lid off, the floor will become wet because the gravitational force created by the planet pulls it down towards the centre of the earth, i.e. the floor. You should also be careful about jumping up in the air, as you will fall back down to earth due to the same principles. When formula is made, you want to seal it up for storage in the fridge or even to cool at room temperature.
