Should have bought one sooner!
Excellent kitchen essential. I love making different types of curry and have always heard fresh blended curry powders are much more flavourful. I have just made my own Chinese influenced curry powder and it smells amazing! I will try the wet grinder next by doing ginger and garlic paste.

Does most tasks well.
This is generally well made and would probably last for a very long time accept for one point which is the drive which uses plastic. The old saying spoilt for a happeth of tar springs to mind on this one and only time will decide . The cups iinterlock into the m,ain body and will hold enough for most recipes . Care has to be taken washing the wet blade but it can be done ok. I have used it to blitz ginger and garlic by adding a little oil and it managed this very difficult task. The other blade can deal with dry herbs /. beans fine ,or seeds such as coriander.There is enough power to deal with most tasks aslong as you do not overload it. This is probably one of the better machines available at the moment for the price and despite my reservations I am pleased with the purchase.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

WASTE OF MONEY! USELESS! JOG COG BROKE!
The chopper in the dry grinder does not work anymore and is totally useless. It spins when the jug is empty and stops when I place even 6 or 7 almond nuts I am grinding for a cake topping. Disappointing!. This machine look well-made but there is a hidden crucial weakness, and it's that the cog that's attached to the blade easily wears-out.At the base of the jug you can see fine metal grindings. I bought this to quickly mince garlic, chillies & ginger. It works really well. It's also good for making spice pastes or for liquidising small quantities of tomatoes. Fab piece of kitchen equipment.
This is a really well thought out and designed product. I bought it as my Nutribullet had broken and as I mostly needed something that could handle small amounts this seemed to fit the bill better than my old old blender/grinder. It works and I am ok with it, although a liitle more power eg 250Watts might have felt better.
It is nice that there is a dual function ie both wet and dry grinding but the power seemed to be a little low. It is 200watts which is the same as my mini Moulinex grinder but the mini Moulinex grinder seems more powerful. Also the wet grinding action didn't do onions very well. It seemed to leave big pieces behind, ie these were not being well caught by the blending or grinding action/spindle.
