Good value for what you get
The product is good value but the quality of the fittings is fit for purpose they are not great. The foot is too small for some of the bigger soldering irons and the way the wire holders are clamped is poor. Third hand review
It's a great little product, bit fiddly putting it together but once put together works perfectly, it has a couple of leds which are quite useful. If I was to say anything negative about it, it would be that the base is a bit plastic and not very heavy/robust so don't drop it. Small but adequate!
It may be small but it's adequate to do what most people need. Could do with a bigger lens in size and the led lights are good. Would advise you cover the crocodile clips with tubing to stop them making marks on whatever you are working on.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Usual cheap rubbish

not up to the job
Received this product well boxed, and had to assemble, no instructions but not a problem, however found that the wing nuts did not close down tight enough to secure the bars and clips in place. so items for soldering not held very firmly. Went to lower the magnifying mirror for better vision, and did not bend on the spring I used the lens, but it was not robust enough and the lens broke off its stem, and need glueing having to re assemble the switch for the light.
