    Shepherd Hardware 9785 4-Inch Spring Loaded Gate Caster

    I would have given it a 5 except installation instructions lacked a few details. Such as for an uneven ground surface you need to find the highest point which the caster will go over. Then mount it high enough on the gate that the spring will just fully compress for maximum lift on the gate when closed. I would still recommend it. I consider it of good quality and the price was good also.

    great product, reasonably priced. had to adjust it to the weight of the gate by mounting at just the right height. A spring ten sion adjustment would be an improvement to getting the gate leveled. Overall a great product.

    Looks to be sturdy for being a plastic wheel, just do not overload and remember it is a gate wheel. It is not built for constant rolling use.
