Very good affordable pole.
Bought for my 10 year old grandson and he absolutely loves it! I loaded it with 10-14 elastic and he has caught gudgeon, perch, roach, skimmers, bream, F1's, Ide, mirror carp, and a common carp of around 10lb on size 14 hook! and the pole handled it with ease. Great pole for the price.
Excellent margin pole for a budget price. If you choose to fit the roller cones which I did they're a bit fiddly but needless to say the second one was easier than the first. If there's any negatives the only one could be that it's a bit whippy if you're used to a really stiff pole but I got used to the fact that it's more flexible than a lot of poles after the first day of using it and it's handles several double figure carp with no problems and I now have complete confidence in it. It comes with lots of bits and pieces like side puller beads and a skid bung that would normally be extras with other poles and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a capable margin pole without paying a fortune for one.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
