Used on a regular basis through the year after bathing prepares your for exposure to the sun. Help promote a good and lasting natural tan and helps to stop sunburn, however a high protection sun tan product should be used before and while exposed to any level of sun. I buy this product year on year. It’s lightweight being a gel, it improves and prolongs my tan and goes a long way. When on holiday I get out of the shower and use it in the evening as a moisturiser to keep the tan going. I start applying it 2wks before my holidays to help my skin tan once on holiday. If I catch any sun in the uk it’s is still applied to those areas which have caught the sun. Recommend to anyone. Great for men who body hair as it is like a water based gel, it doesn’t clog. This really does do what it says it does, I've been using it for years and have never burnt. It allows you to go out in the sun for longer straight away instead of having to limit your sun time and build it up gradually.
