A Great Set of Bicycling Rollers
These rollers work very well, as long as you have the right flooring or mat underneath and use the right set of tires for your bike. I use a thin mat with rubber underneath and short fabric on top so that the unit slides back and forth properly when I'm riding the rollers. The tires that worked best for me are the Continental HomeTrainers, 700x 23. Three other types of tires I tried were standard road tires and were noisy or bumpy or had a lot of rolling resistance.
