This is a powerful training tool with built in video tutorials (appears these videos are not available on the android device or I just have not had any luck finding them). The main reason I choose not to give it a 5 rating is not the due to the device, instead the lack of instructions. Not only the instruction are very weak, but live has failed to answer to question I asked on four calls. The live chat support will refer to call number. My guess is the live chat does not scripts detailed scripts to provide the answers. I can not comment on the phone, as got tried waiting to get through. I saw on an earlier review SkyPro is aware of the issue and working on it. It took me sever days to discover the embed videos on my iPhone (still have not found them on my android). This is a good quality tool from my view, just a little frustrating when you are start to use it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Skycaddie swing analyzer not for me!
It only registered a hit 75% of time and I didn't care for the interface application and didn't like having to recalibrate for every club. I previously had the Zepp golf swing analyzer and although it doesn't give as many data points it didn't require recalibration with every club and you didn't need to hit a ball to analyze a swing. HARDWARE... Important you hold the club momentarily still before swinging or it might not detect the swing. Other than that, it works as great. SOFTWARE... Needs work. No way to print a hard copy of the data. Scrolling on the phone is too difficult to see the big picture. Should be able to print one, some, or all club swings including what data points are desired. There is no online interface for the data when using an Android phone. You can't save online then delete the data from the phone. No way to transfer or sync the data from the Android phone to the iPad. Would be nice if there was a graph function for some of the data points such a club speed and swing timing. No way to create and store a golf bag with your specific clubs in it. You can't calibrate the club with a glove on. Something about the graphic "club swing" moving, but the graphic "man" not, is awkward. Not sure it matters.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

the product is really cool initially thought it was more gimmicky but has defiantly pointed out some useful feedback regarding my swing like my driving which has a very low ball flight with my attack angle being very downward makes me realize i can improve carry with a minor tweak there . I am 9 HANDICAP key is to take one parameter and work on that before moving to another change ,the swing speed is very close to a proper launch monitor ,measured my pitching wedge around 85 mph driver speed at 108mph so give or take a few either direction .Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great product with a lack of app support on certain devices
The product does what it is designed to do. Everything functions as intended, except the app support for Android devices. This device is not working with my Galaxy Note 8 smartphone whatsoever. It works well with an iPad or an LG G6 smartphone, but not my Note 8. That's the only frustrating part. Super simple to set up and use. I highly recommend. The only issue was you must be actually hitting balls vs just swinging the club... at first I thought it wasn't working and was frustrated... but once you're actually hitting it worked. The swing analysis is amazing. That said, you will need to probably read the explanations a few times as some are very technical. I would think using this w/a swing coach would be incredibly valuable since they would be able to interpret.
