Kind of a 'Swiss Army Knife' for home-grown recording but unlike the aforesaid knife, this has actually done a very good job at everything I've tried so far. For what you get, the price is good too. I found the manual a bit hard going but then downloaded the .pdf version which is a lot easier to search. The ability to connect it to a computer and transfer .wav files makes it great for adding / editing with extras. Trifling thing but the ability to name individual tracks would have been a bonus but then again I could have missed something in the manual!
