Bindweed Vanquished
The only product I've discovered which will eradicate bindweed if one applies enough of it and has the patience to wait the two or three weeks it takes to kill the roots. BUT it is extraordinarily expensive, especially when you realise that the big tube is only about a third full: it takes ages to click the mechanism bringing the gel to the surface. That's if you can get the lid off! The packaging is dire, especially for frail, older hands. So if you are prepared to spend quite a lot of money and effort, this product will get rid of that bindweed which otherwise is almost impossible to eliminate.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Mixed results, will need to use more than anticipated. Does appear to work.
Was able to apply to leaves of bindweed that had grown through other green plants without affecting non bindweed planting. Operation of "pump action" to prime weedkiller appeared to take longer than specified, but did eventually result in jel being ejected. The date on the side of container was about 3-4 years old, assume this is a use by date although this was not specified. After 2 weeks appears to be working although only on the leaves specifically treated i.e. not on complete weed. Will will re-apply more liberally.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
