Absolutely Rubbish
This is a terrible metal detector. I bought it as a Christmas present for my grandson. I tested it before I gave it to him. Thank goodness as I never gave it him. Even hovering over the coins I placed on carpet by an inch it didn't work. I was almost touching them before it went off. It also has an absolutely stupid annoying set up process. Not wise for kids as it constantly beeps until you set the detector gage. Wish I had purchased from a shop as I would have returned as unsuitable/faulty. However being disabled and not wanting to be out in the Christmas rush I purchased on line from EBay. Returning is far to much hassle so I'm now left out of pocket. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS

Works quite good
Works pretty well considering the price. The angle of the head needs to be at the right to work properly but once you get it right it's good!
