My son used them and suggested I try them so nearly 2 weeks in and taking 2 before workout and 2 after but as far as I can see I have had absolutely no gains in any way from them. I have read and watched some reviews and they suggested if any benefits from them it could be a raised sexual stimulant but again Not for me so if they do it for you then good job but for me I’m back to improving my diet
