Perfect for beginners.
I've never tried weights before and I'm slightly built, also I have some problems due to an injury. So I started with the lightest. No problems at all, just doing basic exercises and they're perfect. After a few months I'll get a 1kg pair and mix them with the 0.5kg according to my needs. These are geat value and a good way to start for a complete beginner.
