Absolute waste of money
This product was a total waste of money and time. I followed the instructions and cut it to size and peeled off the backing tape. It was totally useless. Did not stick one iota. I may as well have flushed £5 down the toilet

Rug tape
Quite poor, was using it to stick a woven back rug to wooden floor, no problem sticking to the floor but poor adhesion to the actual rug. It's a mesh tape and very thin so unless your mat is very flat on the back it's less likely to adhere.
