Probio 7 Advanced, better than prescription meds for IBS.
This "advanced formula" is a little more expensive than the original formula, but is so much better than old style yoghurts or cheaper probiotic capsules. It's also cheaper than equivalent products like Bioglan Woman probiotics (also very good). This eases the pain of eating by at least as much as anything the doctor has prescribed over the years and seems to help my overall feeling of wellbeing too, maybe because it doesn't have the side effects of other things I've tried.
