Great deal
Shipping took a little bit but it's a tv so I can't complain or make it negative. Now the TV itself feels premium in every way, very thin, amazing picture, easy to use, easy to set up. I would recommend to anyone that's a gamer, movie watcher, sport viewer. Great motion handing, true HDR, true 4k unlike the falsely advertised stuff. I love it and this is coming from a VIZIO user. I use the tv to game and VIZIO is usually highly rated for gaming. The ks8000 does amazing with lag input and still had hdr in game mode. Get it, don't waste your time with the other stuff. Dead on Arrival
TV was DOA, must have had some faulty component attachments or been a bad batch, the TV would work for a few minutes until the TV warmed up and then screen would go crazy, after even more time it goes unresponsive to the remote. Almost excellent - EXCEPT for viewing angle and back panel separating
This TV would have been the best TV ever given its sleek and thin look, its amazing brightness and color gamut and the excellent Tizen OS. That said, it is held back by a super narrow viewing angle which washes out colors and brightness unless viewed from anywhere but dead center; a back panel which is separating from the front chassis in multiple locations even while the item is new; and finally, Samsung's customer support is nowhere near where it needs to be where a TV of this cost and purported cachet needs to be. If you find a great deal on this set, buy it for the dead-center viewed bright and color picture and for its thinness - but don't expect perfection.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Incredible looking TV!
I replaced an older Panasonic Plasma with the Samsung KS8000 series and the difference is just huge! The super thin bezel, beautiful bright picture and extremely sharp 4K resolution looks incredible. Very crisp image, poor sound.
